Decades ago, my father told me I couldn’t study engineering because girls didn’t do that.

I’m thankful that I overcame this challenge, became an engineer, and joined an industry I love – and that my father was proud of all that I accomplished. I am grateful for the success I’ve enjoyed as an executive in the construction industry, and I am passionate about helping others succeed – all people of all genders and backgrounds.
